By accessing or using Subby Power, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Subby Power is a platform that connects construction businesses with skilled subcontractors in the United Kingdom. We provide tools for job posting, worker search, communication, and professional verification. We act as an intermediary and do not employ the subcontractors listed on our platform.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Types

Subby Power offers two types of accounts:

• Tradesperson: Free to register and use the platform to find work and showcase qualifications.
• Subcontractor Business: Paid subscription (for example, Standard Access at GBP 9.99/month) to post jobs, use premium workflows, and access API products where enabled.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Verification Process

Our verification service checks documents and credentials provided by users. While we take reasonable steps to verify accuracy, we cannot guarantee the validity of all information. Verification badges indicate that documents have been reviewed, not that a user is endorsed by Subby Power.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to circumvent fees or charges
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data without permission
• Interfere with the proper working of the Service

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Subcontractor Subscriptions

Business subscriptions are billed monthly:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• Prices are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

6.2 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. After 14 days, refunds are provided at our discretion. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected].

6.3 API Access and Subscription Gate

API access is a paid business feature. We may gate job-board and subcontractor API endpoints behind an active paid subscription.

• API keys are confidential credentials and must be stored securely by you.
• You are responsible for all usage under your API key, including usage by your team and systems.
• We may suspend or revoke API access for non-payment, abuse, security incidents, or breaches of these Terms.
• Rate limits and endpoint availability may change to protect platform reliability and security.

7. Data Sharing with Zanzero Investments and Subsidiaries

Subby Power is owned and operated by Zanzero Investments Ltd (company number 15409277). By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that your data, including personal data, account information, usage data, and any other information collected through the Service, may be shared with Zanzero Investments Ltd and all of its subsidiaries (collectively, the "Zanzero Group").

Data may be shared within the Zanzero Group for the following purposes:

• Business administration, operations, and management across the Zanzero Group
• Provision, improvement, and development of products and services
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
• Financial reporting, auditing, and risk management
• Marketing and promotional activities within the Zanzero Group, subject to your preferences and applicable law
• Fraud prevention and security purposes

All entities within the Zanzero Group are bound by appropriate data protection agreements and are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for disputes between users

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zanzero Investments Ltd (trading as Subby Power), its subsidiaries, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through our complaints process.
